🥩 Patesca Steak Recipe (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients:

½ tsp crushed garlic
-
1 small onion, chopped

250 ml Monjoh’s Sauce

100 ml fresh cream (optional)

500 g steak strips
Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients:

Chop the onion and set aside. Slice the steak into thin strips if not already done.

Fry the aromatics:

Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and chopped onion. Fry

 until golden brown.

Cook the steak:
Add the steak strips to the pan. Cook until browned and coo
ked through.

Add sauce and cream:
Pour in Monjoh’s Sauce and the fresh cream (if using). Stir well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens. -
Serve:
Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or with bread strips. It can also be used as a filling for wraps or roti.
