🥩 Patesca Steak Recipe (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp crushed garlic

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 250 ml Monjoh’s Sauce

  • 100 ml fresh cream (optional)

  • 500 g steak strips


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:

  2. Chop the onion and set aside. Slice the steak into thin strips if not already done.

  3. Fry the aromatics:

  4. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and chopped onion. Fry

  5.  until golden brown.

  6. Cook the steak:

    Add the steak strips to the pan. Cook until browned and coo

    ked through.

  7. Add sauce and cream:
    Pour in Monjoh’s Sauce and the fresh cream (if using). Stir well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.

  8. Serve:
    Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or with bread strips. It can also be used as a filling for wraps or roti.
