Monjoh’s Chilli Mayo Sauce – Jayonaise
Our chilli mayo sauces are manufactured using Serrano chillies The Serrano pepper originated in the Mexican states of Puebla and Hidalgo, in the mountainous regions. The name of the pepper, serrano, actually is a reference to the mountains (sierras) of those areas.
The Chilli Mayo provides a mild level of heat and can be used as a salad dressing or as a delicious finisher on meat, fish and chips.
Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil, Vinegar, Egg, Salt, Pepper, Thickener (E412, E410), Spice, Salt, Serrano Chilli, Garlic, Aqueous smoke.
