Monjoh’s Chilli Sauce –Chocolate Bhutla
Our extra hot Chocolate Bhutla sauce is manufactured using Chocolate Bhutla pepper chillies and is considered to be one of the hottest peppers in the world, with some claiming it feels even hotter than famed Caroline Reaper. It’s said to top out at 2 million Scoville Heat Units.
This pepper is a cross between a Bhut Jolokia and a Douglah Pepper. It has a fruity and floral notes initially, all of that quickly transforms into a blazing heat.
