Monjoh’s Chilli Sauce – The Ghost
Our Extra hot sauce is manufactured using Ghost pepper chillies (aka the Bhut Jolokia) and is one of the hottest peppers in the world, topping over 1 Million SHU (Scoville Heat Units).
The word “bhut” means “ghost”, given from the Bhutias people, possibly because the heat sneaks up on you like a ghost. Ghost peppers offer an intense fruity, sweet chili flavour to our Monjoh’s extra hot sauces
Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil, Vinegar, Egg, Salt, Pepper, Thickener (E412, E410), Cane Sugar, Spice, Tomato Concentrate, Mustard powder, Cayenne Salt, Caramel, Ghost Chilli, Dried fruits, Garlic.
